Produced in Italy – Valtellina – 400/500 m elevation in the village of Castione Andevenno (Province of Sondrio)
Wine Making: 20 days maceration (skin contact) at the controlled temperature of 25 celsius
Ageing: 12 months in barrique then 12 months in oak barrels and then at least 24 months in bottle

Bright Pale ruby/garnet. Elegant start of plum and violet to then express notes of dry mushrooms, liquorice, chocolate and nuts. Young fresh and crunchy spirit with a strong but smoothened gentle tannin.
