“Don’t buy these wines please as I want to keep them in may cellar! I just want to share the pleasure of just writing and reading these wines descriptions. Here the wine making touches excellence.
Long ageing, oak barrels (often new), grape selection and only the best vintages.
The traditional winemaking process is completed at perfection when a bigger vessel (the magnum 1.5 litre bottle) is properly aged with no shortcuts.
Please enjoy reading about this special wines I collected over the years (what I call the “Bad Boys Wines”) that are worth opening and tasting to celebrate the end of 2020.
