1. Use

The Company Services and Site are provided for your personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. All personal details are kept strictly confidential and are not shared with any other party besides parties used for delivery purposes and eCommerce hosting.
 

2. Intellectual Property

Copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights protect the content of the Company Services and Site.
  • You may retrieve and display the content of the Company Services and Site on a computer screen and store such content in electronic form on disk.
  • You may not retrieve and display the content from any server or other storage device connected to a network.
  • You may print one copy of such content for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact.
  • You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content on the Company Services and Site without written permission from the Company.
 

3. Your use of the Company Services and Site 

You may not use the Company Services and Company Site for making, transmitting or storing electronic copies of materials protected by copyright without the owner’s permission.
Therefore you will be responsible for our losses and costs resulting from your breach of this clause 3. 
 

 4. Availability of Company Products, Services and Site

Although we aim to offer you the best service possible, we make no promise that the products and services at the Company Site will meet your requirements. Furthermore, we cannot guarantee that the services will be fault-free. If a fault occurs with the Company Site, you should report it to webmaster@fab-wines.co.uk , and we will attempt to correct the fault as soon as we reasonably can. 
In addition, your access to the Company Site may be occasionally restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to restore the service as soon as we reasonably can. 
 

5. The Company’s liability 

The Company Services and Site provide content from other Internet sites or resources. While the Company tries to ensure that material included on the Company Site is correct, reputable and of high quality, it does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to that content. If the Company is informed of any inaccuracies in the material on the Site, we will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as we reasonably can. 
The Company shall have no liability for any injury, damage or loss resulting from our products and services, viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other malicious code, the corruption or loss of data, or any damage to software or hardware. 
 

6. Third Party Websites 

As a convenience to customers, the Company Services and Site include links to other websites or materials beyond its control. The Company is not responsible for content on any site outside the Company Site. 
 

7. Booking Services Payment Terms

  • 25% as booking confirmation.
  • 75% before the delivery

8. Events Cancellation, Change and Refund Policy

  • Changes: Where possible, The Company will always try to accommodate changes.
  • Refunds: The Company will refund 100% of the booking four weeks before the event. 50% of the booking between 4 weeks and one week. No refunds for notices shorter than a week.
  • Please note that a date change with less than a week’s notice will require an additional 25% booking fee.

9. Advertising and Sponsorship 

Part of the Company may contain advertising and sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the Company Site complies with relevant laws and codes. As a result, the Company will not be responsible to you for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.  
 

10. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions will be subject to the laws of England. 
 

11. Miscellaneous

The Company shall not be responsible for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
 
The Company Site is owned and operated by Fab Campaigns Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number  10302961. Its registered office is at 14 Bakers Drove, Rownhams, Southampton, Hampshire, England, SO16 8AD. 
 

12. Privacy Policy

By providing your details to the website, you consent to Fab Campaigns Ltd recording and maintaining the same. Your personal information will never be passed to third parties to enable them to market to you. It may be disclosed to third parties for delivery purposes.
