Wine produced with the “passito” method. The grapes are left to dry in stackable plastic boxes until December-January.
The wine is then made with a high concentration of sugars.
It is a full, round wine with a pronounced, complex aroma. Suitable for very long ageing.
Recommended serving temperature: 18°
Grapes: Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca).
