A brief maturation imparts the nose with a little complexity, whilst retaining pure floral scents and aromas, honeysuckle and ginger. Very pure, crisp vinosity on palate, white peach and lime notes, fresh and stimulating with off dry pure flavours. It sits gently and lightly on palate, like a caressing feather, and a clean, crisp but mouth-watering and more-ish finish. Now where’s the Bellini?”
