From a selection of grapes picked in San Gregorio’s best Vineyards, in the heart of Valdobbiadene, this high-quality sparkling wine is produced in small quantities.
It is a fresh sparkling wine, but at the same time elegant and complete as a wine. Bright straw in color with fine and persistent perlage.
An elegant, fruity, and harmonious sparkling wine, very appealing on the palate.

This wine, whose fermentation lasts at least 6 months in an autoclave, is well balanced with an intense and delicate bouquet, and rich scents of apple and acacia flowers.

Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with delicate dishes.
