An outstanding prosecco di Valdobbiadene superiore DOCG.
Grape Variety: 100% Glera
The bunches are accurately selected and picked in San Gregorio’s own best vineyards, located in the heart of Valdobbiadene.
Harvest by hand in late September.
Winemaking: Off skins by gentle pressing. Foaming four months and fining 4-6 months.
Prosecco San Gregorio Millesimato Brut Tasting Notes: Pale straw with olive green hues and a fine-persistent perlage. Citrus, apple and flowery aromas with savoury, elegant tones on the palate. Clean, fresh finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, or pair it with fish, vegetable dishes, or cheese.
