Cream (22%) – Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Wine D.O.C.G. 10%, glucose syrup, sugar, water, dextrose, whole milk powder, sweetened egg yolk, ethyl alcohol, gelling agent: pectin, preservative: potassium sorbate, aroma.
Dough (78%) – wheat flour, butter, sugar, egg yolk, natural yeast from sourdough 5% (wheat), Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. 2%, honey, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, salt, malted wheat flour, milk proteins, natural flavourings of citrus, vanilla extract from Madagascar, preservative: sorbic acid.
