“Luigi Voghera” has joined our Fab Producers family. We visited Langhe many times and since we met Livio we are trying to visit them as much as we can.

Almost all products from Luigi Voghera will be soon available in our cellar.

First and foremost Livio is a great guy to get along with besides being a GREAT winemaker. Secondly his sister runs one of the best agriturismo we ever visited VERY CLOSE to the vineyard. The rooms are nice, comfortable and clean and the cooking is to die for. Visit Carlin Carlota and explore the Langhe from their place possibly with a nice tour organised for you by Fab Rides either with Fab himself or some local guides we trust (we are planning a week in late Spring/earkly Summer 2021 if possible)..

The farm is located near the village of Neive in the Piedmont Langhe. This area is one of the most renoun red wine area in the world. The cellar is situated in the hamlet of Tetti, a little group of houses immersed in the sweet hills of the Langhe.

Neive is the heart of Barbaresco. The wines and food produced in these area are simply outstanding. The chocolate and nut spread was born here. Nutella is not far as well as other outstanding chocolate spread producers. It is also the land of white truffle.

Since 1974, the owner Luigi with his wife Pinuccia tried to produce all the most important wines of the area.
Today the vineyard covers 22 hectares cultivated with care. The farm has always looked for best allotment for its production, such as “Il Basarin” and “Cottà”.

Produced wines, all obtained from owned grapes, are BARBARESCO – a very sought-after vintage wine – together with the equally appreciated vintage wines BARBERA, DOLCETTO, NEBBIOLO, FREISA, MOSCATO, ARNEIS, CHARDONNAY and FAVORITA.
